• 5. Provide your complete legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activities are infringing may face liability.

If you believe that your content has been removed (or access to it has been disabled) and that it is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or pursuant to the law to use and post the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or access to which was disabled and the location where the content appeared prior to its removal or disabling;
• 3. A statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the content; and
• 4. Your name, address, telephone number, email address, a statement indicating that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, along with a statement confirming you will accept service of process from the individual who provided the notification of the alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy of it to the original complaining party, advising them that we may restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner takes legal action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access to it reinstated, at our discretion within 10 to 14 business days or longer after receiving the counter-notice.

In alignment with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have implemented a policy to terminate, in suitable circumstances and at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We also retain the right to restrict access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of users who violate any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there has been repeated infringement.
